01/

Contract & Prepayment In this step we make sure to define each ones jobs in the project, deadlines, and best practices. This will help to keep everyone in the same page when it comes down to "who", "how" and "when". Once the pre-payment is confirmed, we are ready to get started.

02/

Briefing this is the most important part of the project, because it defines exactly what is going to be done, this will guide every one in the team and will be the base of the project. So it's very important to make sure to include all the details possible. We will work on this together, guided by a questionnary, and at the end of the section we both will have a signed copy of the briefing.

03/

Project Outline Within 15 days (or less) you will receive the outline of the project, to responsibly review, comment and request all changes in written within 7 days. For multiple services projects, these step onward might be repeated if one project depends on the results of the other, therefore we can only craft one at once.

04/

The project After receiving the feedback of the outline we will start working on the revisions toward the final product. Within 15 days you should receive the project interely completed.

05/

Aproval or Final Revision This will be the step where you are mostly responsible for the project. You will receive the projected concluded for total revision. This includes orthographic erros, content, image quality, layout, responsiveness... all of it. The revisons requested will produce on more round of this step (#5 Approval/Revision) which is included in all packages. If no changes requested, everything will be rendered as it is.

06/

Final Delivery Within 15 days (or less) you will receive the final product in a digital file, containing all the assets, and if the case will also be published online.

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY HAPPENS? AFTER THE FINAL APPROVAL, ALL ASSETS ARE FINALIZED AND ZIPPED IN ONE FILE IS SENT TO THE CLIENT CONTAINING ALL THE ASSEST, SEPARATED BY APLICATION AND THE GUIDES IN A PDF FORMAT READY FOR PRINT IF REQUIRED.
